This role sits within our investment partnership compliance team, managing tax reporting for complex private equity and real estate funds.

• Lead quality reviews for a portfolio of large and complex fund clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to manage team operations, including people, finances, technology, and marketing, while supporting smooth transitions of work into the compliance team.
• Provide tax technical guidance and contribute to technology development that enhances fund compliance processes, identifying consulting opportunities from compliance work.
• Partner with advisory teams to promote the compliance offering in the market and deliver integrated client solutions.

• Experienced reviewer of private equity and/or real estate fund compliance in the following areas:
• Partnership computations and returns;
• Investor Reporting;
• Experience with general partner corporate tax returns;
• ATT, CTA, AAT or ACA qualified (preferred, although individuals with relevant experience will be considered);
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams;
• Excellent interpersonal skills both oral and written.
