Finance Manager The Opportunity We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading international business within the fresh produce and FMCG sector, based in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of financial management, forecasting, and commercial analysis for a growing retail division. Youll work closely with commercial and procurement teams to maximise performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Provide proactive financial business partnering to commercial and procurement teams. Deliver accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis. Produce financial insights, bridge statements, and commentary to support decision-making. Conduct margin analysis, consignment reconciliation, and identify cost improvement opportunities. Present commercial performance updates at weekly trading and review meetings. Support senior finance leadership with ad-hoc analysis and strategic financial projects.

Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with internal frameworks. Prepare and review royalty, rebate, and grower loan calculations. Manage foreign currency requirements and make forward purchase recommendations. Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure audit readiness and transparency. About You Qualified Accountant CIMA Strong background in management accounting or financial analysis within FMCG, manufacturing, or traded commodities. Proven experience partnering with non-finance teams to drive commercial results.

Excellent analytical, forecasting, and presentation skills. High level of Excel proficiency and confidence handling large datasets. Strong communication and influencing skills across all business levels. Organised, adaptable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working under internal control or SOX-style frameworks. Whats on Offer Salary: £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Car Allowance: £4,000 Bonus:
