Salary and benefits: Up to £64k plus bonus, profit share and benefits

Our client is seeking a hands‑on Corporate Finance Manager to join their Deal Delivery team to lead key work streams on mid‑market M&A and funding mandates (£5m–£100m). You’ll bring corporate finance experience, owning the day‑to‑day of transactions with light supervision and acting as a trusted client lead throughout the deal cycle.

What you’ll do
  • Own and deliver transaction work streams – IM drafting, financial modelling, buyer/investor engagement, data room build and diligence coordination
  • Drive deal momentum – maintain clear plans, anticipate issues, coordinate advisers and keep stakeholders aligned
  • Produce high‑quality outputs – ensuring all deliverables are accurate, consistent and compelling
  • Lead outreach – run structured buyer/investor/lender approaches and manage Q&A professionally
  • Support negotiations – provide analysis and options that inform valuation, structure and key terms
  • Be the day‑to‑day client lead – set agendas, manage expectations and build trusted relationships
  • Manage quality & risk – maintain template standards, protect confidentiality and ensure robust audit trails
  • Lead people & improve processes – delegate effectively, coach junior team members and enhance playbooks, templates and tools
  • Build market presence – support networking, events and content activity aligned to priority sectors
What you’ll bring
  • Corporate finance experience (excluding TS) within a professional services environment
  • Experience in mid‑market transactions and managing discrete work streams
  • ACA/ACCA/CFA (or equivalent), strong modelling/valuation skills and excellent written communication
  • Proven client‑management capability and experience developing junior staff
  • Strong project‑management skills, commercial judgement and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort adopting new technology, including AI tools
  • High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
  • Buy‑side and sell‑side experience, data‑room/diligence familiarity, CRM/deal‑tool proficiency, sector experience and an existing market network.
