Axon Moore are delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing business where there is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team.

This is a permanent, end to end AP role within a fast paced environment, supporting both UK and US entities with multi-currency exposure.

Location:

Wythenshawe area +  Hybrid + Flexible Hours

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Main duties:

End-to-end processing of supplier invoices
Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and responding to queries
Matching, processing, and resolving PO and non-PO invoices
Supplier statement reconciliations and investigation of discrepancies
Processing multi-currency payment runs
Raising debit notes and supporting resolution of supplier claims
Maintaining supplier records within the finance system
Handling employee expenses and credit card transactions
Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Supporting the wider AP team and covering during periods of absence
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Exposure to multi-currency processing is ideal
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
