Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 per annum plus package

Managing the finances for a growing construction contractor who turnover circa £5 million per annum

Role & Responsibilities

Prepare budgets and forecasting
Manage cashflow
Monitor site performance v budget and discuss variances with the commercial team
Produce management accounts and prepare financial reports
Produce accurate year end accounts
Review and improve finance processes and procedures
Monthly payroll
Analise costs and margins
Manage tax, VAT and Cis returns
About the Company

Established and growing construction sub-contractor who work on commercial projects
Excellent order book with planned growth
Turnover circa £5 million with a healthy order book and plans to increase to £10 million in 5 years.
Required Knowledge & Experience

Previous experience as a Finance Manager or Finance Director
5-10 years' experience in a similar role
Degree educated in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
