Responsibilities
  • Review and underwrite second charge mortgage applications in line with company policies.
  • Verify documentation and request additional information as needed.
  • Update customer records with precision.
  • Assess applicants’ circumstances to ensure fair lending decisions.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders.
  • Meet KPIs and performance targets.

About You
  • At least 12 months’ experience in assessing or processing loan applications.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting quality standards with high application volumes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Experience as a Loan Processor, Credit Analyst, Mortgage Advisor, Loan Officer, or Financial Second Charge Mortgage Underwriter enhances suitability.
