Join us at Barclays as an Agency Loan Servicing Analyst. You will support our Wholesale Lending team with day‑to‑day loan processing, transaction review, reporting, trade settlements and issue resolution. This dynamic role requires precision, collaboration and a deep understanding of loan operations.

• Process, review, report, trade and resolve day‑to‑day wholesale lending transactions.
• Ensure lending operations are efficient, effective and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate lending processes.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend changes.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risk.
• Create reports and presentations on lending performance and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Participate in projects and initiatives to improve lending efficiency.

• Solid understanding of agency and syndicated loan structures.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and key risk indicators.
• Experience with loan servicing platforms such as ACBS and Loan IQ.
• Proactive risk identification and management.
• Stakeholder communication across front office, middle office and external parties.
• Attention to detail and proactive issue resolution.
• Portfolio management and self‑prioritisation.
