We are a specialist fire safety and building compliance consultancy supporting a range of public and private sector clients across the UK. Our mission involves delivering clear, pragmatic, and compliant fire safety advice to protect lives, buildings, and communities. As a growing team, we are now seeking a Graduate Fire Safety Consultant to join our close-knit group of experts.

Purpose of the Role

As a Fire Safety Consultant, you will play a vital supporting role in delivering high‑quality fire safety consultancy services. Working closely with experienced fire safety professionals, you will assist the team in conducting fire risk assessments, fire compartmentation surveys, fire door inspections, and review of retrospective fire strategies as well as supporting strategic fire safety planning across a range of sectors including high-rise residential, sheltered housing and healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of fire risk assessments in accordance with PAS 79 and applicable UK legislation.
  • Support fire compartmentation and fire door surveys, including on-site inspections and reporting.
  • Collate data and prepare clear, concise, and accurate technical reports.
  • Assist colleagues in fire strategy development and compliance reviews.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders across the UK, maintaining a professional and helpful approach.
  • Attend project sites nationwide – travel and occasional overnight stays will be required.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation, guidance, and industry best practice.
Essential Skills and Experience
  • A relevant qualification in Fire Safety such as a degree or Level 3 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment
  • A strong interest in fire safety consultancy and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good organisational
