In this role, you will support the Care team to offer exceptional and personalized care to residents in a luxurious environment. Responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, assisting with medication, and acting as a key contact for residents and families. The ideal candidate is expected to hold an NVQ 3 in care, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, and demonstrate effective communication skills.
