Our client is looking for a Digital Recruitment Consultant to join their Manchester team, specialising in hiring across digital and technology roles. This is a 360 recruitment position, working with innovative clients and high-quality candidates within the digital market.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to placement
Build and develop strong client relationships within the digital/tech space
Source, interview, and place digital professionals across multiple disciplines
Develop new business and grow an existing client base
Stay up to date with digital market trends and talent insights

Requirements

Experience as a Recruitment Consultant (digital or tech preferred)
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Commercial mindset and target-driven approach
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
