Senior Recruitment Consultant – Technical & Energy Sector
OverviewAt Applica, a fast‑growing recruitment agency focused on enabling the energy transition, we are looking for a seasoned recruiter to join our high‑volume technical vertical. You will work across the UK, Norway, and the US, leveraging your expertise in subsea, energy, oil & gas, and renewables to secure top talent for global clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment process within a technical discipline.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients and contractors.
- Generate leads and develop business across your market.
- Sourcing top‑tier candidates for exciting global projects.
- Provide insight and consultancy to both clients and candidates.
- Represent Applica with credibility, professionalism, and personality.
- Contribute to team knowledge‑sharing and mentoring where relevant.
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within the energy sector or a technical market.
- Commercially driven and motivated by earning potential.
- Experience managing both clients and candidates across the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
