360 Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare | Northern Quarter, Manchester | Full-Time
Start 2026 with a new opportunity! We’re expanding our Healthcare Division and looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to manage a warm desk. Based in the vibrant Northern Quarter, Manchester, you’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle: building client relationships, sourcing top healthcare talent, and ensuring full compliance on all placements.
What you’ll do:
* Grow and manage a healthcare recruitment desk
* Place healthcare professionals in temp & permanent roles
* Build strong client and candidate relationships
* Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards
* Hit activity and billing targets
What we’re looking for:
* 360 recruitment experience (healthcare/temp preferred)
* Strong compliance knowledge
* Target-driven, organised, and confident communicator
