Organisational Development Consultant
Salary: £39,152 - £41,771
About the role:
- You will embed a positive and enabling culture aligned with the Council’s priorities and values to drive a high performing organisation.
- Working as part of an OD team you will lead on employee engagement and events, ensuring the voice of our workforce is at the heart of what we do.
- You will contribute to the design, delivery, and facilitation of OD interventions across the organisation, supporting people through change or challenge.
- You’ll develop and deliver learning and development programmes, supporting the colleagues to thrive at Salford.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a background in organisational development and can demonstrate impact.
- Uses an evidence-based and ‘whole system’ approach when looking at solutions.
- Is creative about how we help shape the organisation.
- Communicates with confidence and builds strong, influential relationships.
