Amoria Group is expanding its award‑winning recruitment team and we are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Consultant to join our US Advanced Engineering division.

This role offers the opportunity to work with high‑value, established clients across the United States, focusing on candidate delivery, relationship management, and talent sourcing within a high‑demand technical market.

As a Senior Consultant, you will take ownership of key client relationships, manage complex candidate pipelines, and help to mentor and support junior team members.

• Partner with long‑term, established clients to understand their technical requirements and hiring needs
• Source, qualify, and manage top‑tier engineering candidates across the US market
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from engagement to placement
• Collaborate with Business Development Consultants to deliver seamless client service
• Build long‑term relationships and maintain an expert understanding of your niche market
• Coach and mentor junior consultants within the team
• Write and publish targeted job adverts to attract high‑calibre talent

• Proven experience in a 180 or 360 recruitment role
• Experience recruiting within engineering, technology, or technical markets preferred
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
