We currently have an excellent opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join our team within our Blyth office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who can work to tight deadlines and manage their own workload.

The Role Manage end-to-end recruitment process Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates Conduct pre-screen and face to face interviews and assessments based on client needs Maintain accurate records and conduct pre-employment checks. The Person Previous experience as a recruitment consultant or people manager High volume recruitment experience in sectors such as Industrial or logistics Full UK Diving licence Experience in relationship management is essential Strong IT skills in excel and work along with the ability to write and post adverts using various media outlets Must have a thorough, organised and methodical approach Strong local market knowledge Have good attention to detail Be committed and able to react to client needs
