We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester Team situated in the city centre, due to large scale growth. DRNewitt are looking to scale up in 2026 due to a very strong end to 2025. Brilliant time to be joining the group.

You will have 2+ years recruitment experience ideally within similar markets, along with being degree qualified with either a 1st Class or 2:1. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals with a passion for sales and building relationships.

We offer an unrivalled salary, commission structure and a career progression plan as our aim is to develop our consultants to be future leaders of our business so we only promote from within.

Training will be headed up by our L&D Manager (previous Recruiter to a VERY high standard).

The role:
  • Search and select suitable candidates for your vacancies.
  • Build a strong network of candidates and clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements and manage the recruitment process from start to finish on behalf of the companies we partner with.
