** Technology Resource Planning Analyst
** to play a key role in aligning technical resource capacity with project demand across our delivery portfolio.
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead forecasting and planning of technical resource demand across multiple IT projects and programmes.
* Analyse data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimisation.
* Manage and enhance resource planning and time recording tools.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resource needs are captured and aligned with delivery priorities.
* Produce insightful reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
* Support recruitment and onboarding of technical resources.
** What You’ll Bring
*** Proven experience in IT resource planning, capacity management, or project coordination.
* Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex data sets.
* Proficiency in resource planning tools (e.g. , Planview, Tempus) and Excel modelling.
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
