Gen-AI Technical Lead

Location: Manchester - 4-5 days onsite/week

Role

Description:

• Gen-AI Practitioner: 5-8 years of hands‑on experience in data science or engineering, with strong delivery across Gen‑AI workflows (RAG, prompt engineering, open‑source LLMs, Lang Chain, etc.).
• EMEA Project Leadership:
  Drives AI projects in operational areas like Corporate Trust and International AI Champions, with the ability to localize impact and scale globally.
• Technical
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Strong cross‑functional engagement across EMEA internal teams, partnering closely with engineering, ops, and product; adept at navigating enterprise AI stack constraints.
• Stakeholder Management:
  Confident interfacing with senior leaders, translating complex AI concepts into business‑aligned outcomes; acts as a visible, trusted voice in high‑stakes conversations.
• Team Uplift & Scaling:
  Acts as the #2 lead for Gen‑AI initiatives, mentoring analysts, driving adoption, and leading initiatives with visibility into global AI4
  
  OPS strategy.
