As an AI Lead Engineer responsible for driving innovation by architecting and implementing advanced AI solutions that transform business processes. This role involves leading AI/ML projects, mentoring teams, and integrating intelligent systems into enterprise environments using cutting-edge technologies. You will work on challenging projects across diverse industries, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance AI solutions that create meaningful impact.

• Lead AI/ML projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality
• Mentor and guide junior AI/ML engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows, including autonomous task execution and multi-agent collaboration
• Develop and optimize AI/ML models for performance, scalability, and efficiency
• Build advanced solutions using Lang Chain for agent-based and RAG systems
• Integrate AI capabilities using Google ADK within enterprise-grade cloud environments
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and Gen AI trends
• Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance AI model outputs
• Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI workflows and autonomous agents
• Advanced proficiency in Lang Chain and RAG systems
• Expertise in Google ADK and GCP cloud services
• Strong programming skills in Python (and optionally R or Java)
• Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Knowledge of AI concepts such as Vertex AI, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, and Cloud Vision
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects and mentoring teams.
• Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration frameworks
• Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder management
• Knowledge of emerging Gen AI trends and enterprise integration strategies
• Understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible AI practices
• Experience in performance benchmarking and optimization for large-scale AI systems
• Experience with public cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure).
