Are you a hands-on technical leader who enjoys shaping integration platforms, mentoring teams and delivering meaningful systems at scale?

If so, I'm supporting a large, purpose-driven organisation on a key hire within their Software Engineering function.

This is a Technical Lead role where you’ll sit at the heart of integrations. With this, they're looking for someone who combines strong technical depth with people leadership and strategic influence!

Strong C# / .NET experience is essential for this one.

They're also looking for someone with a focus on integrations and cloud-native design

• C# / .NET
• RESTful APIs & SOAP services
• Event-driven architecture & DDD
• Git & branching strategies
• Leading a junior and a mid-level developer, providing hands-on leadership through code reviews, solution design and technical challenge

Recruiting, coaching and developing engineers by ensuring skills keep pace with technology changes will also be a huge part of this!

• Owning the technical direction and architecture across integrations & automation will also be part of your role, shaping how business applications and automation initiatives are designed and delivered
• In addition, you'll have the opportunity to set the direction, priorities and standards for the wider IT & Digital strategy team
