Freelance RWE Manager / Scientific Writer (6-Month Contract, 1–2 Days / Week)

A leading global healthcare evidence and insights consultancy is seeking an experienced RWE specialist to support a surge in observational research projects. This is a flexible freelance role ideal for someone with strong scientific writing and methodological experience who can step in with minimal onboarding.

• Develop and contribute to study protocols for observational and real-world studies
• Draft Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs)
• Provide methodological guidance across RWE study design
• Write and review scientific reports and project deliverables
• Ensure high-quality documentation aligned with best practices

• Strong background in RWE, epidemiology, or similar scientific discipline
• Demonstrated experience writing protocols, SAPs, and RWE study reports
• Solid understanding of observational research methodologies
• Experience with in a consultancy, CRO, HEOR / RWE agency, or similar environment
• Excellent scientific writing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently 1–2 days per week

• 6-month contract
• 1–2 days per week from January
• Fully remote across Europe
• Competitive day rate
