As an Agile Coach, you will support our National Security Customers by building and running systems that support their core mission capabilities. You’ll work as part of empowered, autonomous Dev Ops teams that regularly engage with end‑users to design, develop, deploy and maintain applications and services.
Your role will involve identifying new ways to solve problems and collaborating across multiple teams.
- Champion Scrum and Agile principles within teams.
- Apply agile methodologies to large projects, ensuring effective delivery throughout the software lifecycle.
- Coaching and mentoring junior software developers, setting an example and identifying training needs.
- Facilitating team meetings and drawing input from all members.
- Using task and knowledge management tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Trello.
- Continuously seeking process improvements and incorporating new approaches.
- Bringing enthusiasm and fun into your work.
- Scrum certification such as PSM or CSM.
- Scaled Agile framework certification such as SAFe or Scrum@Scale.
- Project management skills, including risk, issue and dependency reporting.
- Service management experience: responding to incidents or outages and coordinating with multiple teams.
- Change management experience: enabling transparent feature deployments with reduced risk.
- Experience with software development or design.
