PLEASE HOLD (UK) LIMITED is seeking a System Support Specialist to support our growing technology consulting team serving North American clients. This role is based in Manchester, Old Trafford and will involve providing technical support to US clients during evening hours.

Location: Manchester, Old Trafford

Hours: 1:00 pm – 10:00 pm (supporting US clients)

Salary: £29,000 base (£31,000 OTE) –

• Organise and coordinate technical implementation work with external sub‑contractors, in‑house engineers, or other internal teams.
• Log into client telephone systems remotely to implement changes to the call flow or to upload new audio productions.
• Schedule remote engineering work on customer sites for field engineers or third‑party contractors.
• Manage and update all project work in the CRM and related project cases.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A highly organised approach to your work.
• Experience working with multiple departments internally and externally.
• Experience in a telecoms environment and/or support desk is advantageous.
• Good telephone manner.
• Experience or understanding of Service Level Agreements and Ticket Management.
