Responsibilities- Develop, customise, and maintain Service Now applications, modules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and implement Service Now solutions following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Service Now applications and integrations.
- Stay current with the latest Service Now releases and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Be process‑oriented, valuing structure and organisation over chaos.
- Be comfortable seeking support and guidance from peers and subject‑matter experts when necessary.
- Knowledge and experience working with Service Now in Development.
- Experience in 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.).
- Experience integrating Service Now with cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Security clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
