Front End Developer - Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary: 50,000 + bonus

Location: 2 days into Central Manchester Office, 3 days WFH

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using React
  
  JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code, applying best practices in system design and architecture.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features that matter.
• Contribute to technical decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and support good implementation practices.
• Take part in code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, secure, and effective, supporting the platform's growth and performance.
• Champion modern engineering standards, including test automation, CI/CD, and performance monitoring.

What We're Looking For

• Significant commercial experience with React
  
  JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Good knowledge of the latest ES standards and Type Script.
• Experience with other JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
• Strong background in unit and functional testing, and source control using Git.
• Excellent communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Solid understanding of software and application design, architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in the gaming industry is a significant advantage.
