Product Operations & Delivery Lead

You'll blend scrum master duties, product operations, and internal delivery, helping keep the development engine running smoothly and ensuring projects land on time.What You'll Do

• Own product operations: backlog management, release readiness, documentation, and process optimisation.
• Act as Scrum Master for one or more squads: run ceremonies, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear delivery plans and track progress.
• Coordinate small cross-team projects and internal delivery initiatives.
• Improve workflows, tooling, and ways of working as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

• A fast, structured thinker who can bring order to a fast-changing environment.
• Hands-on problem solver with strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in agile/scrum, delivery management, or product operations.
• Comfortable in a hybrid setup (2-3 days in Manchester office).
