A hands‑on Technical Lead to drive a range of integrations and infrastructure projects across our business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being technically hands‑on, while also taking ownership of project delivery. You’ll play a key role in connecting our warehouse system integrations, online marketplace, and e‑commerce website, ensuring smooth data and process integration across all systems. You’ll also support the transition to a new ERP system, working closely with the chosen vendor to deliver a successful implementation.

An understanding of SQL database data querying is required, as it will underpin the company’s data reporting and insights.

• Lead technical delivery across system integration projects (warehouses, website, marketplace).
• Support the rollout of a new ERP system.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract data for reporting and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure technical requirements are met.

• Proven experience as an IT Technical Lead or similar hands‑on technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and marketplace integrations.
• Knowledge of Mirakl software.
• Experience with Mintsoft.
