, onboarding and supporting companies with high growth potential in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You will focus on building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for business expansion within your client portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor to onboard and manage a portfolio of new clients.
- Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns for digital marketing advertising.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote, consult, and sell Google Ads services.
- Identify customer goals and provide tailored solutions that meet their business needs.
- Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate and sustainable impact.
- Increase campaign spend and identify upselling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and updated CRM data for all clients.
- Manage a high volume of daily client interactions via calls and email.
- Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
- Languages: Native-level Danish (C2) and strong English skills (B2+).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing, or account management, ideally in digital advertising or a client-facing role.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable business results.
- Experience using CRM systems and leveraging data insights for customer success.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by achieving goals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Danish market
, cultural nuances, and local business practices. - Awareness of GDPR and data privacy compliance standards.
