Legal Technologist – Technology Driven Services – Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh – Join the team at Addleshaw Goddard. This role focuses on designing, building, and implementing technology-enabled legal solutions to enhance client experience and drive continuous improvement across the firm.

• Scope, define, and manage significant technical projects for clients and internal teams.
• Develop and deliver novel legal technology solutions, from concept to implementation.
• Customise and deploy templated technologies (e.g., HighQ, Generative AI, document automation) to meet client needs.
• Assess and implement new software solutions to enhance legal service delivery.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to design and deliver technology-driven projects.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote legal technology and innovation across the firm and stay abreast of industry trends.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, ideally in a legal or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of legal technology software and hands-on experience configuring tools like HighQ, Legora, Orbital Witness, or Kira.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with colleagues at all levels.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines with attention to detail.
• Innovative thinker with a collaborative approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
