We have an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join our Operations team and help us ensure smooth, successful delivery of projects that change lives for the better.

This role sits within the Operations Department
, reporting to the Operations Director. You’ll oversee essential functions that enable the delivery of high-quality services to end users and ensure processes are in place to meet business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support and enhance our current operational structure
• Build and maintain motivated teams, ensuring there’s an iterative plan to work towards
• Protect the team and foster collaboration, communication, and focus on priorities
• Coach team members, facilitate continuous improvement, and apply agile and lean tools and techniques
• Proactively manage dependencies, overcome obstacles, and deliver maximum value within constraints
• Manage risks, budgets, and people where required

What We’re Looking For

• Strong team leadership skills
• Knowledge of Project Management and Lean Product Delivery practices
• Understanding of testing practices and development processes
• Ability to influence key stakeholders and apply appropriate methodologies to create successful delivery teams
  
  Agile mindset – own and champion agile practices across the business
