• Deliver quality and testing services across client projects of varying size and complexity, focusing on testing Salesforce‑based solutions (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning) throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to support the definition of test strategies and approaches for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing across platforms such as web, mobile, and enterprise systems.
• Design and execute detailed test cases, maintain test data, and carry out test execution and defect management using tools like JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, and Zephyr.
• Produce clear and accurate test reports and quality metrics based on project needs, identifying key risks and issues to support decision‑making.
• Support UAT activities and client validation efforts, including coordinating test execution and helping troubleshoot reported issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Slalom’s testing standards, tools, and best practices.

• Practical experience in delivering QA services across enterprise environments, particularly testing Salesforce implementations.
• Comfortable working within Agile delivery models (Scrum and Kanban), with experience participating in iterative, cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with test and defect management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr and Azure Dev Ops.
• Hands‑on experience in the following QA areas:
  • Functional, system integration, and regression testing
  • User acceptance testing (UAT) execution and support
  • Defect logging, triage, and validation
  • Test reporting and quality tracking
  • Test data preparation and environment coordination
• Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman or Ready
  
  API and working knowledge of structured data formats and basic scripting (SQL, XML, JSON).
• ISTQB Foundation certification preferred; experience with test automation tools like Provar and Copado Robotics Tester is an added advantage.
