The Role - Salesforce Developer (SC) As a Salesforce Developer (SC) , you will join a specialist Salesforce Delivery team working on Public Sector-focused solutions. The Salesforce Developer (SC) will design, build, and enhance Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions, contributing to secure, scalable platforms used by key government stakeholders.

This role offers meaningful technical ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to shape best practice across Salesforce Public Sector Solutions. What You'll Be Doing as a Salesforce Developer (SC) Deliver Salesforce Industry Cloud development and deployments using Public Sector Solutions Design and implement high-quality Salesforce Flows (screen, triggered, and API flows) Build and configure Omni Studio components including OmniScripts, Flex Cards, Action Plans, and Document Generation Develop custom Apex classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC) where required Ensure delivery aligns with established quality plans, best practices, and security standards Support CI/CD pipelines using Git-based version control Work within Agile delivery teams using Jira / Confluence Analyse, solve, and document complex technical challenges Act as a trusted technical point of contact for client stakeholders Promote sustainable, future-proof Salesforce solutions aligned to market trends What Experience You'll Bring 5 years' experience as a Salesforce Developer (SC) or equivalent Salesforce Industry developer Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries / Omni Studio (essential) Proven delivery experience within Public Sector Solutions Deep expertise in:
OmniScripts Integration Procedures (fka Data Raptors) Apex (triggers, batch, web services) Lightning Web Components Integration experience (e.g. Mule Soft, Apigee, Connected Apps ) beneficial Solid understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models Experience working with large, complex enterprise systems Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills Comfortable working within small, collaborative Agile teams Security Clearance Active SC clearance is mandatory Candidates must already hold SC and be able to transfer clearance before starting Unfortunately, candidates unable to meet this requirement cannot be considered Desirable Certifications Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Accredited Professional:
