Join EY's Technology Strategy and Transformation team as an Enterprise Architect focused on delivering value through technology transformation. This role involves working on discrete consulting projects and large-scale tech transformations, requiring a blend of functional and technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder‑management skills.

• Collaborate with clients to identify challenges and develop business cases.
• Design and implement Marketing and Sales applications (CRMs, Product Catalogs, CPQ systems).
• Lead internal teams to achieve deliverables and identify additional sales opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and present technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Conduct assessments of current and target‑state architectures, developing roadmaps that balance innovation and implementation.
• Collaborate across functional and technical resources (data, platforms, testing, solution architecture).
• Participate in bid responses and proposals as part of the solution‑sales lifecycle.
• Engage across multiple industry sectors:
  Government and Infrastructure, Telecoms and Media, Consumer and Retail, Energy.

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client‑service, and technical‑writing skills.
• 5+ years experience in technical/enterprise architecture.
• Proven client experience delivering projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience designing and implementing IT roadmaps and blueprints.
• IT application design;
  Marketing, Product Catalog, CRM and customer telephony experience.
• Knowledge of TOGAF, TM Forum, SAFe, ITIL.
• AI experience desirable but not essential.
