INTELLIGENT INDUSTRY - INVENT ACCELERATE GRADUATE PROGRAMME

The Intelligent Industry (II) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates, passionate about leveraging a human-centric approach to transform and reinvent our customers’ and suppliers’ ways of working and processes.

The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:

• The Institute (circa 3 months)
• The II Academy (circa 18 months)

Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.

As an Associate Consultant you will embark on a stimulating and exciting journey where you will develop key skills that influence how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on large scale transformation programmes whereby you will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability, and delivering innovative solutions for clients.

The day-to-day tasks can vary from engagement with senior stakeholders, conducting analysis of data or business requirements, designing business strategies through to delivering workshops and collaboratively working in cross-functional teams to drive continuous business performance improvement.

Ideally, you will have some (or all) of the following:

• A curiosity or familiarity with emerging and innovative technology such as:
  Agentic AI, Generative AI, IoT, Edge Computing, Cloud Computing, 5G, Digital twins, Automation, Process Mining, Sustainable technologies and more
• A passion for problem solving, with a focus on driving value-led transformation through optimisation and enhancement of operational efficiency
• Natural curiosity about how technology can solve business and world problems
• A strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment alongside senior client stakeholders to articulate the value of using intelligent data to customers as a key part of any business’ growth and transformation strategy
• The ability to work from your base location office and away from home on client engagements.

Alongside the courses you will have the opportunity to deepen your content knowledge in your specific areas of interest through our Accelerate Core Consulting Pathways, designed to upskill you in areas such as strategic analysis, operating model transformation and cloud computing among other topics. You’ll also benefit from Leadership Connect sessions to help you learn more about your leadership team in Intelligent Industry and bring you closer to the team, alongside monthly deep dive sessions into the work we conduct in our Intelligent Industry sub team.
