** Business Analyst
** to join our
** Technology Delivery team**, playing a key role in bridging the gap between IT and the business.
** About the Role
** As a Business Analyst, you’ll work within multidisciplinary product teams to gather, refine, and articulate requirements—both functional and non-functional. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA/Test teams, and senior IT leaders to shape product roadmaps, define acceptance criteria, and ensure successful delivery.

For larger initiatives, you’ll operate at a strategic level, producing artefacts such as
** as-is/to-be process maps
** and
** business activity models
** that support user adoption and change.
** What You’ll Do
*** Analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
* Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit and validate requirements.
* Support delivery teams with clear success criteria and traceable requirements.
* Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for change.
* Promote a focus on business value and outcomes across all initiatives.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Strong technical analysis skills, including process mapping and requirements management.
* Proven experience in global legal or professional services environments.
* Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
* Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Azure Dev Ops or Jira.
* Desirable:
Certification in Professional Scrum or similar Agile frameworks.
