Up to £75,000 Benefits About the Role We're looking for an experienced IT Business Partner to join a forward-thinking organisation and act as the strategic link between technology and business operations. This is a key role where you'll influence IT strategy, drive digital transformation, and ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into IT solutions. Develop and maintain IT road-maps aligned with organisational goals. Lead technology change initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and adoption. Act as a trusted advisor on IT investments, governance, and risk management. Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation. Skills & Experience Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar strategic IT role.
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior level. Solid understanding of IT strategy, governance, and digital transformation. Experience managing complex projects and vendor relationships. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. What's on Offer Competitive salary up to £75,000.
