An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Paralegal to join a boutique firm’s specialist serious injury team in Manchester. This role offers exposure to the full spectrum of complex personal injury claims, including catastrophic injury and clinical negligence matters.

The role

You will support solicitors on a wide range of serious injury cases, including:

• Brain, spinal, amputation, and fatal injury claims
• Drafting witness statements, pleadings, and court documents
• Analysing medical evidence, liability, and quantum
• Attending joint settlement meetings, mediations, and expert conferences
• Contributing to high‑profile cases valued between £100K–£1M+

Candidate profile

Applications are welcomed from paralegals with a strong litigation foundation. Experience in RTA, EL/PL, OL, industrial disease, or clinical negligence will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate:

• Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Motivation to learn and develop within a specialist practice
