Location: Salford
Role Overview
An established legal firm is seeking a skilled Housing Disrepair Solicitor to join their dedicated HDR team. This role involves managing cases through all stages of pre‑litigation and litigation, providing expert legal advice, drafting complex documents, and representing clients in negotiations and proceedings. The position offers flexibility with full‑time or part‑time hours and is based at the firm’s Salford office.
Candidate Profile- Minimum 3 years PQE in Housing Disrepair law
- Experience managing Housing Disrepair cases from pre‑litigation to litigation
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in drafting complex legal documents and agreements
- Familiarity with Housing Disrepair Pre‑Action Protocol
- Competent with case management software (Proclaim preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines efficiently
- Salary between £40,000 and £60,000, depending on experience
- Flexible working hours (part‑time or full‑time)
