An award-winning, top-tier law firm is seeking a Serious Injury Solicitor to join its highly regarded defendant insurance litigation team. The firm has an excellent reputation for acting on behalf of leading insurers and self-insured organisations, handling complex and high-value matters across the UK.

The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced Partner and senior colleagues on multi-million-pound catastrophic injury and large loss cases, covering motor, employer’s liability, public liability, and indemnity claims. The role also offers the chance to manage a caseload of lower-value large loss claims under supervision, giving you excellent exposure and career development opportunities.

You will assist with drafting legal documents, analysing medical and liability evidence, reporting to clients, attending hearings and conferences, and maintaining strong client relationships. The position also includes opportunities to contribute to training sessions, case clinics, and marketing initiatives as part of the wider team’s business development efforts.

• Solicitor with experience in personal injury litigation
• Exposure to large loss or multi-track claims (defendant or claimant background considered)
• Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
• Strong drafting, analytical, andli>
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills

• Up to £55,000 salary (depending on experience)
