We’re looking for a Private Client Associate or Senior Associate Solicitor to join a highly respected national firm in Manchester.
This is an integral hire to support the team’s ambitious growth plans, offering exposure to exceptional quality work with high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as the resources and reputation of one of the UK’s largest private client teams.

Who we’re looking for- Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in private client work
- Strong background advising on wills, lifetime trusts, LPAs, estate administration, and deeds of variation
- Experience advising on inheritance tax planning, taxation of trusts, and succession planning
- STEP qualified or working towards accreditation
- Established client/referrer relationships and appetite for business development
- Strong client-care and drafting skills with excellent attention to detail
- Collaborative and approachable, with a commercial and pioneering mindset
- Advising HNW clients and families on estate and succession planning
- Running a varied caseload of wills, trusts, LPAs, and estates
Providing advice on inheritance tax and trust administration - Collaborating with colleagues across other commercial and private client teams
- Building relationships with clients and professional referrers
- Playing an active role in the team’s growth and business development strategy
- Salary:
