NQ Court of Protection Solicitor - Up to £45,000 salary - Manchester

We are pleased to be working with this Top tier, specialist, Legal 500 law firm offering specialist legal advice to Court of Protection clients, managing their property and affairs.

Due to the growth and natural development of the firm’s Court of Protection department, it is now seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & technically strong Newly Qualified Solicitor to work alongside its' highly reputable team.

The successful candidate will handle a caseload of complex court of protection, property and affair matters as well as liaising with clients, their families, financial advisors and expert professionals appointed on behalf of the client.

• Court of Protection Solicitor with 0-2 year of post-qualification experience gained in Court of Protection
• At least one seat completed in Court of Protection department and / or Private Wealth team
• Experience managing Court of Protection property and affairs matters would be advantageous
• Ambitious and driven, with a proven record of technical knowledge and strong financial acumen
• Excellent client care, communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• Professional, ethical, and a collaborative team worker
• Experience gained in a high street or regional firm

• Up to £45,000 depending on experience
• 28 days annual leave increasing with service
• Performance bonus
• Enhanced sickness, maternity/paternity and adoption pay
