Role And

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder engagement – conduct regular meetings, draft correspondence, manage queries and maintain a flexible approach to stakeholder needs.
  • Adaptability and collaboration – support the PA team, cover absences and ensure continued resource delivery.
  • Efficient mailbox, diary and travel management – proactively manage calendars, travel and anticipate future needs.
  • Meeting organisation and coordination – draft agendas, prepare equipment and refreshments for internal and external meetings.
  • Workflow management and delegation – own end‑to‑end process, delegate across support teams and meet deadlines in line with the Scope of Service.
  • Document management – perform urgent and short document work, collaborate with the document production team on larger projects.
  • Financial administration and compliance – coordinate with billing and finance, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Pitch and presentation creation – work with the Document Production Team to produce impactful pitches and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Marketing and business development – organise events, create event material and communicate with attendees.
  • Championing process improvements – advocate for organisational changes and influence decision‑making.
  • Technology utilisation – leverage firm tools for managing, reporting and research; seek opportunities to improve productivity.
Skills And Experience
  • Experience in a comparable professional setting, providing seamless adaptation to a busy environment.
  • Client service excellence – deliver outstanding service, anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
  • Problem‑solving and initiative – identify challenges, take initiative and implement solutions efficiently.

  • Microsoft applications proficiency – intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Teams and Copilot.
