Corporate Associate (2+ PQE, Manchester)

This well known national firm is looking to expand its corporate team with an additional hire into the Manchester office. The ideal PQE is upwards of 2 years' PQE, but this may be Associate, or Senior Associate level – there is flexibility there for the right candidate who presents the requisite experience and is a good culture fit for the team.

This highly popular national firm has an exceptional offering in corporate work. They have clients across a breadth of sectors, handling excellent quality M&A work. Despite being a large national firm, the Manchester office has maintained a strong culture and offers work for local clients on big ticket corporate M&A transactions. The team is busy and showing no signs of slowing down.

Due to growth, they are now keen to recruit an ambitious, hungry Associate/Senior Associate into the Manchester team. You will be upwards of 2 years’ PQE, but there is scope for hiring up to Senior Associate level for a candidate with the right background looking for progression. The key is finding a candidate who has the energy and enthusiasm to work in a busy and ambitious team.

Exposure to quality M&A is essential, and an interest in handling a range of transactions. Partners in the team are also eager to engage all members of the team into business development activities, enabling them to build their own networks in the local community from an early stage.

This is a collaborative team and does not want to stand still. They are eager to help people develop in their careers, and there is full scope for progression for the right individual.
