An ambitious, fast-growing law firm is seeking a senior Corporate Lawyer to lead and shape its Corporate department. Backed by significant financial investment and an entrepreneurial partnership, this is a genuine opportunity to build a department with autonomy, support and long-term vision.

You will take ownership of the Corporate department, leading strategy, client development and future recruitment. The work spans M&A, disposals, restructures, refinancing, investment and governance, with a warm flow of work from across the firm.
