An established legal practice in Manchester is seeking a talented Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team.

This well-regarded Manchester law firm is part of an international network of professional services firms with a global presence across more than 50 countries. With half a century of experience, the firm provides comprehensive legal services to both businesses and individuals across multiple practice areas including Corporate, Commercial Litigation, Employment, Insolvency, Real Estate, and Private Client matters.

The firm prides itself on building strong client relationships and delivering trustworthy, personable, and supportive legal services.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor with 2–4years' post-qualification experience to join a Legal 500 recognised Private Client team. The role offers exposure to a diverse caseload and the chance to develop your expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment.

• Drafting wills and providing strategic advice on will structures
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Managing probate administration including initial enquiries, asset searches, and probate applications
• Handling estate administration matters including beneficiary liaison, third-party correspondence, estate accounts preparation, and distributions
• Supporting Court of Protection matters and deputyship applications
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Maintaining accurate file records and billing processes

• 2–4years' post-qualification experience in private client law
• Genuine enthusiasm for all aspects of private client work
• Strong time management and organisational capabilities
• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Proactive, professional approach with a growth mindset
• Ability to manage a busy and varied workload effectively
