Having placed NQs up to Partners in this Commercial Property team, it’s a team we know and would certainly recommend. They are known for their strong client base, exposure to clients at any PQE level as well as an excellent development programme.

You’ll be offered hybrid working opportunities and join a well‑known and liked team.

Within this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be working in a team that works on a range of Commercial Property and Development matters for plc clients nationally and running your own caseload including:

• Investment work
• Acquisitions
• Disposals
• Sales and purchases
• Lease matters

The successful candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will ideally have 0–3 years PQE, is confident working part of a team and are looking to develop your skill set and progress internally. If you are at an NQ level, you will be required to have at least 6 months experience at a Paralegal level or have completed a seat during your Training Contract.
