We are looking for individuals to work in our high‑performing front line service. You will be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and will be expected to maintain excellent service to our customers and colleagues.

This rewarding and challenging role includes working across the borough and delivering services in our Sheltered Schemes for customers aged 55+, also servicing our office spaces. Experience of a similar role would be beneficial; full training is also provided to reach the required standards.

What you’ll bring:

• Basic knowledge of tools and materials associated with Cleaning and removals
• The ability to solve problems
• Ability to work without supervision to tight deadlines
• Awareness of risks associated to work tasks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Using mobile phone applications
• Ability to travel between sites is essential

Your impact in the role:

• Provide an excellent Cleaning service to our Sheltered Schemes and Office spaces
• Undertake routine training and monitoring to ensure continuous improvement and personal development is completed
• Use of various chemicals and mandatory PPE
• Reporting on site issues
• Work in a fast‑paced customer‑focused role, ensuring high standards of service at all times

DBS: For this post the successful candidate will need to apply for or be in possession of a Basic Disclosure Barring Service certificate (DBS) to enable them to work within the team.
