Facilities & Maintenance Manager, Property Portfolio Lead

The Fleet and Facilities team is responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including the maintenance and management of the organisation's property portfolio, which encompasses buildings, regional distribution centres, and residential properties.

This role will primarily focus on the maintenance functions of the Fleet and Facilities Department and will involve a balance of administrative responsibilities and practical, hands‑on work.

This role suits a qualified and experienced Facilities professional with a proven track record in property and maintenance management. The postholder must demonstrate both hands on technical competence and strong administrative and organisational skills.
