This role will primarily focus on the maintenance functions of the Fleet and Facilities Department and will involve a balance of administrative responsibilities and practical, hands‑on work.
This role suits a qualified and experienced Facilities professional with a proven track record in property and maintenance management. The postholder must demonstrate both hands on technical competence and strong administrative and organisational skills.
