Monday to Friday, 7am - 3pm Monday - Friday
Full-Time | Permanent | £12.21 per hour, rising in April

Haymarket Block Management, proudly part of the X1 Group, is looking for a dedicated Caretaker to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day upkeep and presentation of one of our flagship residential estates.

About the Role:

As a key member of our Estates Team, you will ensure the buildings and grounds remain safe, clean, and well-maintained for our residents and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

General maintenance and minor repair work
Painting and touch-ups to maintain internal and external appearance
Small grounds work, such as sweeping and light landscaping
Bin store management to ensure hygiene and accessibility
Parcel management for residents
Maintaining the aesthetics of communal areas
Weekly fire safety checks and reporting any issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive and hands-on approach
Strong attention to detail and a sense of pride in your work
Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills
Previous caretaking or maintenance experience is desirable, but not essential
A friendly, approachable manner – you’ll be a familiar and trusted face around the estates
