Senior Project Manager

A growing Manchester-based construction consultancy is recruiting for a confident and capable Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will take on high-value commercial office and public sector projects across Greater Manchester. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for project delivery, managing junior staff, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will lead on planning, procurement strategy, contract management, and project reporting. You'll provide leadership to project teams and ensure successful delivery to client standards.

The Senior Project Manager

6+ years' relevant consultancy experience

BSc/MSc in a construction-related field

MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB preferred

Experience leading projects £10m+

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
